We deliver by US Priority Mailfor $5.95.(Sometimes shipping company is altered to UPS or Fed EX to find the most cost effective shipping times and rates.)
We also offer 2nd Day Express Air USPS for $25.00.
If you need it OVERNIGHT, please call to see if we can get it to you. Your shipping rate will depend on what is charged by FED EX or the Postal Service.
** Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico can be much more expensive than our FLAT RATE. In cases of extreme differences, you will be notified of the expense and given the choice to continue your order or not.

Methods Of Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Once you have placed your order, you can proceed to the checkout form where you can input your credit card information on our YAHOO secure encrypted server.
We only do business with credit cards that originate within the UNITED STATES.
If there is a problem with a credit card out of the country, we have no recourse. Therefore, it is our policy not to process any orders from international credit cards...even if they will be shipped within the USA or Canada!!!
** New York State Residents & OR purchases shipped to a New York address are subject to 8.25% Sales Tax. The sales tax rate may be changed depending on the county of NY the package is delivered to - not billed to. Sorry...that is what the state mandates.

Return Policy:
If necessary, any item can be returned in its original unused condition within 30 days of our shipping date for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Use the following procedure for returns;
*** "Personalized Goods" ***can not be returned.
A) To return item (s), circle the item (s) that is being returned on the packing slip. Write your reason for return.
B) Indicate whether you prefer an exchange or credit. If exchanging let us know what you would like by writing the name, color, size and quantity.
C) If shipping address will be different than original address please include the new one.
D) Place packing slip and item (s) into secure packing carton. We are not responsible for lost items so please insure your package if you have any concerns. Postage must be pre-paid, we do not accept C.O.D.’s. Send returns/exchanges to;

Shipping and Handling Fees and info:
At BabyGoodies.com we will process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hrs or less. Orders should be received within 3 - 7 days of shipping date.
We will notify you by email if an item is not available for shipping and you will not be charged until your item has been shipped.
Most orders placed until 2PM EST will ship the very same day!
Orders placed after 3 on Fridays, and on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day.
When closed for normal holidays your order ships the following business day.
Our online shopping cart is set up for shipping through out the United States and Canada at this time. All other shipping destinations please contact us via email for a shipping price quote.
Shipping Fees are as follows:
FLAT RATE OF $5.95 (***When a "major" shipping discrepency occurs you may be notified of a new shipping rate. You will never be charged a higher shipping rate without your approval first. There are times when weight and destination make shipping costs far exceed our flat rate fee and we need to be able to work this out with you.)

2nd Day Air Express by USPS = $ 25.00
Overnight Fed Ex: Please Call to see if we can get it to the drop off in time.
We ship using U.S. Priority Mail. If you'd like your shipping with "Delivery Confirmation" please specify this in the comments section of the checkout procedure. It is not possible to track packages while in route. We are able to get information about whether or not the package was delivered to the delivery address.
Overnight Express Shipping - Just the name alone would seem to imply that your order will arrive the day after we ship. However, this is not always the case. In some cities, perhaps where there is some distance to the nearest major airport, Overnight Express Shipping does not arrive until the 2nd day after we ship. If this is of critical importance to you, please email us with the shipping address and we will find out in advance for you if your 'ship to' destination is truly overnight, or 2nd day delivery.
There may be times when a package we ship is un-deliverable. This may be due to one of many different reasons. Perhaps the person you are shipping to has moved, or the recipients address was entered incorrectly in the order form. When this occurs we can re-ship to the correct address or refund your money back to you minus the shipping fees. If you have us re-ship the package, your credit card will be debited for shipping fees to the new address. When we ship to an incorrect address because of our mistake we will always pay for the re-shipping fees.
